Terms and Conditions

Champions Mentality provides a mindset assessment, a mentor-reviewed development focus, and ongoing content across our 12 mindset pillars for young athletes aged 8–16. The service is delivered digitally through this platform and email.

• Membership is £75 per month and covers up to three active athletes per family.
• Only a parent or legal guardian may register and manage a family account.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• Full assessment results and mentor review are unlocked while your subscription is active or in trial.

Athletes aged 13–16 may be invited to activate their own athlete dashboard under parent supervision. Athletes under 13 use the platform through the parent account only. Guardians remain responsible for how athletes use the service.

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access other families' data, or resell the service. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or our safeguarding standards.

Champions Mentality delivers mindset mentoring and educational content. It is not medical, psychological, or clinical treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have any concerns about an athlete's wellbeing, please seek professional support.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
