Cancellation Policy

• Mentoring is offered as three monthly packages: Growth £75, Performance £150 and Elite £275 per month, billed to your saved card via Stripe.
• The subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until cancelled.
• There is no minimum term and no additional cancellation notice period.

To cancel, email hello@championsmentality.com. We will record the cancellation and send you an email confirmation.

Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Mentoring already scheduled within that period still goes ahead.

The final monthly payment already taken is not refunded on ordinary cancellation, because mentoring continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds apply only where required by the cooling-off period (§5) or by UK consumer law.

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from your first payment. If you cancel within that window and mentoring has not yet started, you receive a full refund.

If mentoring has already begun at your request, a fair and proportionate amount may be deducted for services already provided. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.

Any mentoring session already booked within your current paid period is honoured. To rearrange a session, at least 24 hours' notice is required.

Missed sessions and late cancellations count as used, and unused mentoring time does not roll over into a new billing period.

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and give you time to update your card details before the subscription is treated as past due or cancelled.
