About

WHY CHAMPIONS MENTALITY EXISTS

Every young athlete deserves someone honest, consistent and in their corner. Champions Mentality exists to give them exactly that — a mentor who cares as much about the person as the performance.

WHY WE EXIST

Talent gets young athletes noticed. Mindset determines how far they go — and how they experience the journey along the way.

Behind every performance is a young person managing nerves, expectations, setbacks, relationships and their own inner voice. Most receive brilliant coaching for their sport, and very little support for the mind behind it.

Champions Mentality was built to close that gap — with private, personal mentoring that helps young athletes grow in confidence, resilience, focus and character.

Our Approach

RELATIONSHIP FIRST

Young athletes grow when they feel heard, understood and respected.

Every mentoring journey starts by getting to know the young person — their story, their sport, what they enjoy, what they struggle with and what they want to achieve.

From there, mentoring becomes a mix of honest conversations, practical development challenges and steady progress across the twelve Champions Mentality pillars.

Before we teach, we listen. Before we challenge, we understand.

Meet Your Mentor

NICROY THOMAS

Nicroy is the founder of Champions Mentality and mentors every athlete on the programme personally.

He works with young athletes across football, rugby, tennis, athletics, combat sports and more — helping them develop the mindset, character and habits needed to enjoy their sport and get the best from themselves.

Nicroy's approach is honest, warm and practical. Every session is designed around the young person in front of him — not a script, not a template.

When your child joins Champions Mentality, they are mentored by Nicroy directly.

Safeguarding
