Champions Mentality is the data controller for personal information you provide through this website and the athlete mindset assessment. You can reach us at hello@championsmentality.com.

• Parent / guardian account details: name and email.
• Athlete profile: first name, optional last name, age, and optionally sport, team or club.
• Assessment responses submitted by the parent on behalf of the athlete, and any notes or files uploaded from the athlete dashboard.
• Billing metadata from Stripe (subscription status and last four digits of the card) — we never see or store full card details.
• Basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) needed to keep the service secure.

• To deliver the assessment, mentor review, and ongoing development plan.
• To operate the family membership and process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send service emails (assessment ready, billing changes, safeguarding-related messages). Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in and can be turned off at any time from your notification preferences.

We keep active family and athlete records for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for safeguarding, financial, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of an athlete profile or your whole account at any time by emailing us; some records (such as invoices) must be retained by law.

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud, for secure hosting and database storage.
• Our transactional email provider, to deliver service emails from our domain.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you or your athlete, and you can withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. Contact hello@championsmentality.com and we will respond within 30 days.
